The Implemented System Builder tool allows for the drawing of trunk pipelines and fittings. This tool can be easily adjusted to match the required criteria and standards.
System Builder draws an object by control points in automatic mode. Automatic routing considers the layout of structural walls, columns, window and door openings, and avoids them if it senses a significant setback. If necessary, System Builder will route right through the partition.
When drawing pipes and ducts, an engineer can apply any type, size and material by entering data from the product gauges and product lines provided by the suppliers or manufacturers.
Renga MEP provides engineers with the opportunity to select the type of joint, piping, rebar, duct and route. The structural engineers in turn can use different types of connections within one system. Thanks to this feature, connecting pieces in real life can be applied and scheduled automatically
Renga MEP is a rich tool combining crucial design processes like smart 3D modeling, calculations of all types, and construction and maintenance cost estimates of a building project. You can perform required calculations and create estimates, choosing from a variety of analysis packages developed by Renga partners, and import the resulting file from any of these software packages into Renga MEP.
You can load layout plans onto drawing sheets and, using rich toolset, create BOMs to conform to the standards of the Russian System of Design Documentation for Construction (SPDS) or International Organization for Standardization (ISO). BOMs upload automatically in Schedule Builder, when you add columns for each object property.
There are two ways for engineers to create MEP systems in Renga software. First, by receiving existing 3D building models from architects or structural engineers. Or second, by receiving 2D drawings from the architect or structural engineer and creating 3D model of building systems by themselves. The MEP Engineer can also use 2D drawings as underlay.
