STDom is Ufa based design company founded in 2021. Among company's regular partners are
real estate developers such as BSK Real Estate and PSK; both companies are engaged in the
construction of residential buildings. STDom actively collaborates with colleagues from
ProektStroy Company in terms of designing MEP systems and developing information models.

To meet all customers' requirements, STDom Company uses home-grown software for architectural and construction design. A combination of Kompas CAD software and Renga BIM system provides efficient ready-made design solutions.

Renat Mubashirov, head of the project team developing BIM models, shares STDom experience working in Renga. According to him, Renga automatic routing feature is a very convenient tool for engineers. Renga has clean and functional interface, menu panels are minimalistic and intuitive. Being a domestically developed product, Renga provides regular updates and improvements.
